PermissionsI have the right to refuse a commission due to complexity of an oc/complexity of the commission or, if the client is an NSFW account, a pedophile, necrophile, zoophile etc.You are not permitted to use the artwork for non-fungible tokens, blockchains, crypto currency or AI training purposes.I retain all copyright to commissioned work.
• This includes posting artwork on social medias, using the artwork in my portfolio and using the artwork for promotional purposes. This does not include commercial use, I will never sell prints or merchandise of commissioned work.
• You may ask me to not post the artwork on my social medias, but this must be discussed beforehand.All artwork is for personal use only. This means that you are not allowed to sell merchandise of my artwork.
• Ask me about commercial use, fees will be added.You may repost my artwork, use it in profile pictures, banners and etc with credit.
• Cropping of art is allowed, credit is encouraged.All my artwork will be watermarked, do not obscure, remove or distort my watermark.
The commissioned art should not be traced, heavily referenced, re-colored or copied.

Ordering ProcessTurn arounds range from 1 day to 4 months.
• If I expect delays I will let the client know.
• If you want an update on your commission feel free to contact me about your commission.
I only take 1-4 commissions every time I open for slots.
If you want to be notified of commission openings, DM me to be put on a ping list.A clear, non-shaded, digital reference or flat fullbody of the character is required
• If you send a shaded reference I do not take accountability for using wrong colors, especially if hex codes for colors are not shown.
• Do not submit NSFW referencesPayment is expected before I start on sketching the commission.
• Payment is done through Paypal invoice or through robux gamepasses.
• All prices are listed in GBP and robux
• I do not offer refunds unless I cancel the order myself, refunds are not offered under any circumstance for robux commissions.Once I send a sketch to the client, you can discuss any changes needed.
- Minor changes will be free, However, Major changes (such as the entire pose of the body) will require a fee.Once I finish the flat colors of the commission I will send it and will discuss any changes needed to colors, markings etc.
• No fee required.When the commission is finished, I will send the finished artwork through emails!

Boundaries

By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read and understood these terms. Failure to follow my TOS may result in blacklist from my commissions.

Simple Reference Sheet
• Includes one front fullbody and detail shots or a headshot.
